I discovered this while working on bug 808608. Right now, we never end up hitting this case, because we're either guaranteed that the wrapper is found (when called during document.write) or that the object is wrappercached (when called during CloneAndAdopt).
I ended up wrapper-caching nsLocation in bug 808612, so we're once again without an in-code situation where this can happen. But it seems good to get the patch into the tree anyway.
