If you go to a webpage and select sendto and read the newsposting the attached
webpage comes up in the attachment box as "Part 1.2"
We should provide some better name.
To reproduce try reading the posting:

It may be preferable to allow the user to enter a description line for the
attachment instead.

the editing of the default attachment name could be part of bug 23332.
But we should default to something better than "Part 1.2" which is just plain
weird.
