When I open a new window (ctrl n) I want a BLANK page not my home page
that is opened instead. It's a waste of resources.

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected Results:  Opened a blank page

Best is if you could choose the page opened in preferencies

Edit | Preferences | Navigator | When Navigator starts up, display > blank page
