Details

The CPU on Otoro supports cpufreq stepping. The tunable is under /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/. See kernel/Documentation/cpu-freq/governors.txt for details.
What is the 'interactive' governor? It doesn't seem to be an usual Linux governor.
It's a android addition, not in upstream yet. https://lkml.org/lkml/2012/2/7/483 ``The CPUfreq governor "interactive" is designed for latency-sensitive, interactive workloads. This governor sets the CPU speed depending on usage, similar to "ondemand" and "conservative" governors. However, the governor is more aggressive about scaling the CPU speed up in response to CPU-intensive activity.''
