809618 - If you visit Cost Control settings and scroll down, there's a scary "All current data will be deleted" dialog

STR:
 1. Open Cost Control app.
 2. Click gear icon in upper-right, to open settings.
 3. Drag your thumb up across the screen, to scroll down.
    (even though it doesn't look like the screen is scrollable)

EXPECTED RESULTS: Nothing should happen.

ACTUAL RESULTS: For no apparent reason, there's a scary confirmation dialog off the bottom of the screen, which you can scroll up into view.

Looks like this is occurring because we're tickling bug 797411. But it sounds like we can fix the app to work around that platform issue (per bug 797411 comment 3).

Reopening w/ dependency, to have this (blocking+) bug being on fixing the app, whether that's done via a hackaround or via fixing the (currnetly non-blocking) underlying platform bug.
