RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 20122

People

(Reporter: jjasen, Assigned: justdave)

Details

Using the administrative interface or the user interface for bug reports, the user is constantly prompted for their username and password. This is a result of cookies based authentication, where the client is behind an IP-masq'ed firewall which has a pool of IP addresses to assign to the outgoing connections. Is there any way to make the cookie issued less restrictive?
There some information in bug 20122 as to why this is done the way it is. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 20122 ***
