Summary: Switching themes---all the bookmark/home/toolbars are messed up → Switching themes---all the bookmark/home/toolbars are messed up
I've tried on windows 98 in modern theme, the throbber is missing, also,
toolbars are messed up (branch build: windows 98: 2001-06-07-06-0.9.1).
To see the problem. First launch with modern theme, then at the location bar,
type any url. For example: http://www.ebay.com then drag that url
to the personal toolbar. change to any url, and drag to personal toolbar
for couple times, then the throbber is diappeared and some toolbar like back,
forward buttons are disappeared too.

3. Drop down menus and they will randomly display both themes.

Moving to mozilla1.0 since we are not going to work on the theme switching
problems in the mozilla0.9.3 timeframe.
Target Milestone: mozilla0.9.3 → mozilla1.0

As tested with Phoenix, this is probably also 'fixed' for Mozilla,
but for one exception:
switching from 'LittlePhoenix 1.3' to 'Woody 1.3' does cause a little
problem: some icons from the old theme persist.
Probably due to the same reference to 'chrome://global/skin/global.png'
which doesn't get refreshed after the switch.

The grey 'disabled' icons should have been brown (as defined in Woody)

There is no dynamic theme switchingin Seamonkey, where this was already WFM anyway.
And where it occured on Firefox was unsupported themes, one of them being Woody
which I cannot find anymore. Tryed with Walnut instead and it looked fine.
Alfred, so this bug can surely be resolved now, right? At max there should be a
FF bug.
