Using Linux build 2001052310. I get the warning when entering a secure site, but not when leaving it.

4.76 always shows a warning when going from secure to insecure. moz never does. Is this truly what is expected. My understanding was the the warning is needed to prevent sites from starting secure, then sneaking back to unsecure.
