Otoro phone, build 2012-11-08
Build info: 
* gaia master = 96594a9abb3bd9ebf3ccfd763e28caa64ce2776c
* gecko aurora(hg)= 8ae22fe748fc

## Repro :
1. Launch the contact app
2. Press "+" button to add a contact
3. Add a picture 
4. After return to add contact page, try to edit some fields (e.g. Name, Phone...)

## Expected:
* Keyboard will be triggered

## Actual:
* Keyboard didn't show up

## Note:
* Both add picture from gallery or camera will cause this bug

Sounds very similar to Bug 809757 - but I can easily reproduce this using today's nightly on unagi. Yesterday during the unagi smoketest I started seeing this consistently since one of our test cases requires filling out all the contact fields.

There's a keyboard fix in bug 810769 that also may fix that (and a bunch of other "keyboard not showing" issues).

I was talking with RudyL about this problem. Both of us can reproduce the issue in current builds. I think the problem is related with OOP iframes. Try this:

1. Go to apps/system/js/cost_control.js and comment lines 54 and 55 to make the widget (an OOP iframe) to not show.
2. Do a make reset-gaia
3. After FTU, open the dialer
4. Press home button
5. Open contacts
6. Add a contact
7. Choose a picture
8. Try to type on fields

Furthermore, try to close the Contacts application and reopen it. The issue has gone... creepy

I still see this using the latest unagi nightly during smoketesting - 2012-11-14. This makes one smoketest consistently fail that requires filling out all the fields when adding a contact.

Issue no longer appears to occur on an Unagi device running the following build:

After adding a picture to a contact the user is able to open the keyboard and enter text in all fields.

Verifying as fixed.
