I'm running Windows NT 4.0 (Build 1381) on an HP Omnibook 500. It has a button
that acts as a mouse wheel when you press it and move the stick. Works fine in
other applications, but does not work with Mozilla. This occurs in most if not
all the scrollable windows. I went through and tested a few but couldn't find a
window that would respond.
I can help track this down if it's not easily reproduceable on other systems. I
tested a Win2k system and it worked fine. So this would seem to point to an NT
4.0 and/or HP Omnibook 500 specific problem.

HP Omnibook 500-specific is probably it.
