in Japan, the url http://jp.norton.com is redirected to http://jp.norton.com/now/ja/pu/images/Promotions/site/
You should try http://jp.norton.com/now/ja/pu/images/Promotions/site/

Looks like they're trying to detect Firefox by accessing the non-standard Components object, and then trying to access the non-existent property |Components.nodeName| for some reason. This used to throw, and then I believe we accidentally made it fail silently for FF15-FF18, and now we throw again.
The Components object was never meant to be web-exposed and is going away soon in bug 790732, so I don't think we should be bending over backward to make this work. So IMO this is WONTFIX. Can someone contact norton and tell them to stop doing that?

I don't see any issues on the linked URL--especially not the reported error in the console. Closing as WFM.
