Not a security bug. Since neither the header nor footer of bugzilla.mozilla.org show a copyright I'm assuming this is a junk bug. Not that it matters where it is. If you're reporting a real bug and I'm just not understanding it would be best to take it up on the newsgroups/mailing lists/IRC and have someone else file the bug for you once they understand the problem.
