Open the Remote Debugger using the Web Developer menuitem.
Window now appears but requires setup again.
I haven't seen how it looks minimized on Windows, but...

...this shouldn't be necessary if you check the "Don't ask me again" checkbox, right?
This is what the Remote Debugger looks like when minimized on Windows: http://screencast.com/t/IThjRuMX

The point of this observation is to confirm that the process of trying to relocate the debugger window actually closes it and can cause the user to lose their place.
Is this kind of thing going to be taken care of by the Toolbox (the new window joining all of the tools)?
Probably, yes. The current prototype uses a new tab for the connection dialog, but it's not the final decision, yet.
jared, still a problem with the new toolbox UI?

I don't think this bug applies anymore with the new in-tab implementation.
