Bug 775987 added a hover state for the buttons in the developer toolbar, but didn't add one for the rest of the buttons within the developer tools. We still need hover states for the buttons in the inspector, debugger, and web console.
Is this bug still active?
It is but this is part of a bigger project (implement the new flat design) that will take place later this quarter.
Toolbarbuttons and breadcrumbs in the various tabs still don't have hover states and it makes my mouse sad.
