This is a spin-off of Bug 808532.
CSS does not get applied especially when I perform navigation back.

Reproducible: very often

Steps to reproduced:
  1. Clear Cache
  2. Restart browser
  3. Wait for 5 min (maybe necessary)
  4. Open http://xboxforums.create.msdn.com/ in new tab and switch to the tab
      --- observe the page appearance
  5. Click link "Account Management"
      --- observe the page appearance
  6. Click Back button
      --- observe the page appearance

Actual results:
  CSS does not get applied

Expected results:
  CSS should be applied

Michal - can you have a fix soon or should we back out my patch? If we don't have a fix in the next 48 hours we should definitely back my patch out. It isn't worth all this trouble.

Apparently duplicate.  I don't have right now time to try the STR (thanks for it btw!), but for a real fix (Josh or Michal are probably more proper to do this) it might be good to test and even try to turn it to an automated test.

I have found proof that this problem (as reported in comment #1) is caused by something else:

The same .css file can be found at different times with different sizes in the cache: In one case the size is 1789 and in the other 555 bytes. The latter is then gzip'ed.
It seems that the site offers the same file sometimes compressed and sometimes not.
