811131 - 3rd party app CrazyCopter is very slow, redraw issues

On Firefox OS, the game runs very slowly, the background flickers between black and an image, and tapping the screen to control the helicopter seems to "stick," causing the copter to soar upwards and cause a fiery and frustrating death.

I wasn't able to duplicate these issues on Android (Galaxy Nexus).

The background flickering and tap "sticking" are most frequent at the beginning of the level, and the "sticking" is hard to reproduce.  If you can last 5-10 seconds without crashing, the rest of the level is much better.

Investigated this. I'm seeing two bugs:

- The black flickering - which is likely a gfx bug
- The touch event stickiness - touch events bug likely

I'll file a separate bug about the touch events issue.

We have a whole pile of bugs on the image flickering problem. Justin, can you dupe or mark dependency as appropriate to whatever bug we have for fixing the flickering issue?

We cannot fix the flickering issue without bug 689623, which we've been asking for for almost a year now and won't be ready for B2G v1.

We can only tweak the trade-off between

 * crashing more often and
 * flickering more often.

I'll tweak these numbers in the opposite direction, but please don't expect miracles.
