The editor shell saving code currently assumes that saved files are either HTML
(text/html) or plain text (text/plain). If I fix bug 63515, this is no longer
true.
We should query some kind of MIME info service to get the appropriate file
extension given a MIME type. I'm pretty sure such a service exists.
