Phone - Unagi
Gaia(git) - 139b4ff3d4e7cae1eb19922ca5e258b48cebd99e

*How to reproduce:
1. Restart the phone
2. slide to last page of icons
*Expected Result:
App shows its icon with its name.
*Actual Result:
App only shows icon without its name
*Sidenote:
1. If you moved the app around, last page of icons would have its app name back.

Negative, I don't think it's bug 807529 related. The home screen is fine, but just the last page would always show without the name.
