In the Firefox 16.0 firstrun page (http://mozilla.org/firefox/16.0/firstrun/), there is a PHP exception (not visible in production):
Exception: This file is deprecated. Please use the EmailPrefs class in prefs.php instead. in /so/sites/mozilla/mozilla.com/trunk/includes/email/forms.php on line 5
We also need to make a copy of this firstrun page for Firefox 17 (pretty much immediately).

Committed revision 110636 which I believe should fix this for the 16.0 page.

Reverted changes to 16.0 page. We decided to port the en-US version of firstrun to bedrock instead. It seems that much of the newsletter submission php code is broken.

Given that this is being served from bedrock, I don't think this bug needs to be fixed anymore.
