+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #811420 +++ The curvy tabs used in "Always show tabs" (classic tabs-on-top mode) in Metro Firefox are too tall -- they are even taller than the location bar. We should try to reduce their height while keeping them usable with touch input.
We'll need specs for the new size, and new images for the curved tab outlines. Yuan also mentioned that she wants to add a curved tab outline for background tabs, so we should make a decision there and include it in the new specs/assets.
