Build: 2001051504, Mac OS 9.1
To reproduce:
* Install Mozilla on a system which uses a dial-up connection.
* Remove your old `Mozilla' folder.
* If you are connected to the Internet, disconnect.
* Run Mozilla.
What should happen:
* The `Confirm Profile Migration' dialog appears.
What actually happens:
* Mozilla tries to connect to the Internet.
* The `Confirm Profile Migration' dialog appears.
This is rather ... alarming.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.
I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
To filter this and similar messages out, please filter for "mac_cla_reorg".
