*How to reproduce:
[Keyboard & Text-Handling] Tapping backspace reverts a word suggestion selection https://moztrap.mozilla.org/manage/case/3987/

*Expected Result:
  After double click, it should select the word. After drag to select a word, utility bubble (copy, paste) should show up.

*Actual Result:
  I can't select the word by double clicking. Also, after dragging to select a word, utility bubble (copy, paste) didn't show up.

*Sidenote:
  1. This is MozTrap [Keyboard & Text-Handling] test case 47. It looks like that this feature is not implemented
  2. This is targeted for B2G M4
