[10:01]	<aki>	ahal: passed in via command line, so controlled by buildbot
[10:02]	<ahal>	aki: ok, I need to get the config on cedar changed from 'layout/reftests/reftest-sanity/reftest.list' to 'layout/reftests/reftest.list'

I imagine once :ahal is done with his side on Cedar, all branches will point to this manifest and we can get rid of this.

Added the WithProperties import since __main__ requires it; only noticed when I was dumping the b2g_config.
