User Stories
------------

As a new FirefoxOS phone owner, I want to play with my new phone for a bit after I set it up. I want a chance to get acquainted with the OS, and experiment with what it can do.

As a new purchaser, I definitely don't want my unboxing experience to involve waiting for an OTA update to finish.

At the same time, as a new purchaser, I want my OS to be up-to-date so I can use the newest and coolest features (hey, people are complicated).

Solution
--------

Check for an OTA system update 2hrs after the phone is finished going through the setup process. This gives the user ample time to play with the phone, customize it and generally try it out.
