I'll key this off the STAGE settings. So it will be enabled on -dev and -stage.

I am not sure if there is something else that needs to get enabled somewhere, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything right now.

As discussed recently on email with some of you, the following CSP policy changes are required before we can use Pontoon with SUMO:

1) Enable loading remote CSS and remote images from domain pontoon.mozilla.org.
2) Enable framing inside domain pontoon.mozilla.org.

We don't have a CSP policy enforced, so loading remote CSS and images should be fine.

We do deny framing, so we will need to work on that. I think the Django `XFrameFrameOptions` middleware doesn't let us permit just one site, so we will probably need to sublcass it to add that feature. that doesn't seem like much work though, so that would be 1pt again.
