Crash Data
This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is
report bp-b26e01a0-4af5-4a67-a60c-217752121117 .
=============================================================
Seen while looking at the explosive report. Link to the crashes: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=%400x715b9e59
Happens across other versions and looks to be related to malware, although there are no manual reports showing up yet. The comments mention just clicking on the Firefox icon to launch causes a crash.
Suspicious dlls that I saw in some of the reports included:
*sprotector.dll
*visicom_antiphishing.dll

There are no obvious correlations.

SUMO forum thread on this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/977243
Another forum question just popped up with the same signature.

However, the user is running version 12.0 so that might have something to do with it. Advising user to update.
Crash report to that question is at https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/1b53943d-c2eb-4104-a3cd-7decb2140221
