81323 - mojo keeps displaying "Downloading Document...." on the status bar when viewing internal web site

Used 05-16-05-trunk build

Security Information Dialog keep loop displaying when view internal web site.

1) Open browser
2) Go to internal location: 
http://hr.netscape.com/cgi-bin/timeoff/timeoff.pl
3) A Security Information Dialog displays.
4) Actual Results: After select "Continue" will keep displaying this Security 
Information Dialog until I select cancel

Not sure which component should choose...please correct the component if I was 
wrong.

Expected results: After select "Continue" should display that internal web site 
without loop displaying the dialog.

Oops! Sorry -- above problem actually is from 4.7x.
For mojo, it just keep displaying "Downloading Document...." on the status bar 
never ending and never display this web site. Updating summary for mojo.

Looks like this is link/web site itself 
problem. I tried on new link : http://hr.office.aol.com/payroll/timeoff.htm and 
it works.
