Description

After reading Bugzilla Bug 81324 xremote navigation not implemented, I did some
research, our xremote support is limited to the gtk port.
[See also bug 62250, bug 41527, bug 74987 and bug 77641]

This bug is to implement xremote support in chrome so that it can work in any
toolkit that is interested in using it. I think this should be implemented in
javascript.

Current likely users of this are the xlib and Qt ports, although it might be
nice if this replaced the gtk native support.
