Every single b2g build which has been triggered on mozilla-beta since the reconfig that turned it on there remains pending. If it was most of them, I'd wildly guess that the script that spins up ec2 slaves doesn't know to spin them up for it, but with all of them pending, I'm wildly guessing that it has a pool of zero possible slaves.

There don't appear to be any builders on the masters to handle the pending jobs. Probably we need to add m-b to http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/file/cadbde223b9d/mozilla/build_localconfig.py#l41
