Steps to reproduce:

SMS application need a limit of maximum number of concatenated SMS to be sent.

Following some certification requirements, I have read that 10 SMS is fine as a maximum value of concatenated SMS.


Actual results:

No max limit is set.

The platform is not capable to concatenate any amount of SMS, i.e. there is a limit. We should better limit that at the UX side than let Gecko fail or crash because of that, you can see more details in bug 786782 and bug 806811.

Mass Modify: All un-milestoned, unresolved blocking-basecamp+ bugs are being moved into the C3 milestone. Note that the target milestone does not mean that these bugs can't be resolved prior to 12/10, rather C2 bugs should be prioritized ahead of C3 bugs.
