In order to support packaged webapps, we need to support the app protocol in Android. I think this is probably just a quick change, adding the app protocol handler (for reference if you're interested): http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/netwerk/protocol/app/AppProtocolHandler.js to our package-manifest: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/android/installer/package-manifest.in just like its in b2g's: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/b2g/installer/package-manifest.in#511
