It would be very cool to know the length of a call recorded in the call log.

This is not a bug its a feature request as inclusion of length of call was never specified..
However I agree it would be very cool to know the length of a call in the call log, However it would require a redesign of the information architecture and visual design which unfortunately we are not in a position to do now. lets look at this for V2.
