Seen while running unagi,

but I have seen it on earlier builds as well. Tough to get a screenshot because it happens so fast.

STR:
1. Set a passcode lock on the phone under settings
2. Lock the screen and then enter your passcode

Expected: Phone opens up and doesn't flash a large version of the passcode UI
Actual: Right after entering the passcode there is some animation which seems like a large version of the passcode UI
The fix for this is waiting on review.
