Steps to reproduce:
- Open Dialer
- Make incoming call from another device
- Cancel call without responding
- Tap call log tab

Expected:
The call log must show the missed call

Actual:
The call log doesn't show the missed call

** If kill Dialer and reopen the call log is updated
