It's #6 top browser crasher on Mac OS X in 17.0.
It occurs on startup and likely with Japan users (comments and extensions).

yjuniquehashid.dll (nothing about libyjUniqueHashId.dylib) is related to Yahoo Japan Toolbar. Some crash reports but not all contain indeed [e-mail] 7.3.1.2012112135.

I've got answer from Yahoo! JAPAN engineers.

They've already noticed and released new version of the toolbar on 2012/11/22.
