This is sounding an awful lot like bug 758416 that cropped up over the weekend. Investigating.

We are currently investigating a couple issues at the moment that might be causing this.  I will have more information shortly.

I'm working with :justdave to track this down. Mailman is not a managed configuration (yet), so we have to cover some extra bases to troubleshoot. Stay tuned.

:justdave was able to track this down to corrupt hash files. Wiping them out and rebuilding them appears to have fixed the problem. We're seeing mail passing correctly now.
