As an Eclipse/SWT developer, I'd like to embed a version of XulRunner in my application that targets the following environmnet: Mac OSX, 64 bits, Cocoa. SWT is known to be compatible with XulRunner 10.x
Runtimes are available on: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/17.0/runtimes/ SDKs on: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/17.0/sdk/ I'm not sure why all 10.0.xesr had a xulrunner release, though. Someone from releng should be able to tell.

Someone from > > releng should be able to tell. > > We were told it was required by someone IIRC.... Err, i asked the question wrongly. It was "I'm not sure why all 10.0.xesr *didn't* have a xulrunner release." There's only 10.0.1, 10.0.2 and 10.0.4esr.

We were told that we only need a XULRunner for the first ESR, and that it should be compatible with all future ones on that branch. Alex or Benjamin might have more background there.
Yeah, the point of the XR builds is mainly to make the SDK for addon development. Since we don't change APIs on ESR, we don't need to rebuild the SDK for each subsequent release, and we shouldn't be producing XR builds for them.
Shouldn't we still update the runtime part? (or stop shipping it, if we only care about the sdk)
