We need to do something different.
I will try extract lockscreen for dialer to a individual app to measure performance.

gaia triage : +, perf issue.

Why is this P2? this make it very complicate to unlock the phone when you receive a phone call! It's not really perf in this case, it's a usability issue.
We have a C2 issue for this.
