Steps to reproduce:
Build: 20121127071547
1. After phone flushed set language to Traditional Chinese
2. Go Setting; Language; Switch Language to English. Tap 'OK' button
Actual results:
Some of the screen was not switch back to English.

Expected results:
All UI and Button should switchable for all optional language.
