Steps: 1. Run Fiddler 2. Install Firefox with no network connection Expected: I'd expect to get the same behavior as if I didn't have fiddler running - the downloading progress bar should spin and eventually timeout. Actual: I get a download interrupted error. When I select ok to continue, the stub installer closes (which felt a bit unexpected, cause the wording said "continue"). Only apparently reproduces with fiddler running, so this is a big edge case then.
