It seems that the `<meter>` element for html5 is not recognized as HTML in mediawiki. I was wondering if we could make this element useable in wiki.mozilla.org sites. That is, it would be really nice if I could use `<meter ...></meter>` and have it passed directly to the browser (just like other HTML elements are, like <span>/<font>/etc...).

Scott, this doesn't seem to be something I would expect to find useful in the wiki context. Could you advise me what you consider is the use-case please.

Alison, to be honest, I can't remember what my use-case was when I filed this bug. ;) Clearly, I don't need it anymore, though, so I'll just go ahead and close this.
