816264 - On Stage Clicking Logout From Nav Does Not Work

Testing on stage, clicking logout on nav does not log me out.

Going directly to the logout url still works correctly.

Note if I directly go to:

https://mozillians.allizom.org/en-US/logout/

I get plopped on the homepage, logged out.. then without me doing anything i get logged in automatically.

OK I have a theory for that:

The 'collectstatic' command is not run on push. We pushed new browserid code which depends on this, thus the failing tests.

Ben, can you please help push bug 807351, which solves this and a bunch of other issues?
