Autocomplete works in the original browser window but any new windows do not 
auto complete previously visited URLs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open browser and visit a website
2.Open new browser window and start typing the url for the visited site
3.

Actual Results:  No auto complete in new window. Simply blank as if there are no 
URLs saved in history.

Expected Results:  Same behavior as initially launched browser window.
