Our kickoff form has a question titled: "Type of Relationship" which is displayed if a user selects "YES" to the default question of "Separate Party"


We need to add an additional drop-down option to the "Type of Relationship" question called "Hardware Purchase"

When selected, this field should result in the Finance questions/section being displayed. 

Note: This request is filed because people were previously using Vendor selection (the closest match) when filing a hardware purchase request. This resulted in privacy and legal bugs being filed (again, correct per our specs). But, we don't need legal or privacy review of hardware purchases. Since hardware purchases are a very common use of the form it makes sense to add a new option specifically for this relationship.
