816517 - Reader Mode toolbar not resized correctly for some pages

Device: Samsung Galaxy Nexus
OS: Android 4.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to https://wiki.mozilla.org/RapidRelease/Calendar 
3. Tap on the Reader Mode icon on URL Bar
6. Look at the Reader Mode toolbar 


Expected result:
The toolbar is resized correctly.

Actual result:
The toolbar is not resized correctly - is smaller (like under tab counter).

Notes:
- reproducible on different phones/ OSs
- not reproducible on tablets
- not reproducible on other pages from wiki nor regular news pages

No.

It seems that something similar occurs for crash reports pages. The toolbar is larger but it doesn't fit

I managed to reproduce it randomly some time ago. No reliable steps to reproduce though. This is likely a graphics/layout bug as the reader mode UI hasn't been changed in a while.
