How to reproduce:
  0. Prepare a new SIM card of Chungwa, insert into phone and start it.
  1. Open SMS app.
  2. Click the message from Chungwa.

Expected results:
  The message can display.

Actual results:
  The message can not display.
  However, other messages (from other phones) can display.

I've reproduced it with my Spanish SIM Card, and it's related with a bug related with PhoneNumberJS. Once this one will be merged, this one should be working properly.

Bug 817563 was merged! This one is fixed ;) Dont hesitate to reopen if it fails again.

[:askeing] Could you please provide more feedback.

AFAIK the SMS are stored in the device by default, so if you change your SIM from the device A to the device B you are not able to see the SMS received on the device B.

mbarone: I didn't switch my SIM card from one device to another.

Due to the non-displayed SMS was first SMS from cellphone carrier (Chungwa), so I can not try again by this SIM card.
Now we are waiting the new SIM card to verify it.
