816982 - Add TBPL support for the B2G localizer nightly builds

Bug 812836 is added new B2G nightly builds, whose buildername on the first reconfig was:
b2g_mozilla-central_linux64_gecko_localizer localizer nightly
(bhearsum is going to remove one of the 'localizer's, not sure which yet).

These miss the B2G nightly regexes, so show as desktop nightlies.

Will add support once we know the final buildername.

Attachment: Patch v1

They will now display as "Ng", like the normal nightlies.
Let me know if say "Ngl" or "NLg" etc preferred.
