Details

Write an API for the Marketplace that Webpay can access. It will take a price tier number and return a list of the prices and currencies for that price tier.

This will likely become more complicated very quickly, but for the moment is simple and cacheable.

Webpay - Marketplace communication should be done using JWT by both sides signing the JWT using known keys.

As a first step we can store the prices in the Marketplace DB (for admin editing) but keep in mind that we do have a Bango API to get operator price points.
