## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012/11/29
## Repro :
1. adb shell
2. cat /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf
## Expected :
1. The password should be encrypted or possibly even the file itself
## Actual :
1. the file with the password is in plain text.
## Note :
It requires the equivalent of root privileges to read this file.

Isn't the phone rooted by default? in which case, anyone that has access to the phone can read the file.
