## Environment :
Unagi phone, build 2012/12/03
  
## Repro :
1. launch browser
2. click in the url bar
3. while on top sites (by default) tap on Bookmarks and notice highlight
4. tap on history to get to the history tab
5. while on history tab, tap on bookmarks and notice highlight

## Expected :
1. Highlight will be in full

## Actual :
1. the highlight to the right of the active tab is shifted.

Fennec disables the tap highlight here as well, it would need to be specifically designed if we did want a hit state as a generic one isnt going to fit properly any way
